An important note about fees: By default, a contribution to the platform itself is preset in the donation form. You have the freedom to manually set this amount to "0". However, please note: In this case, a small transaction fee (approx. 2.5% for bank and payment processing) will be deducted from us, so that a slightly smaller amount reaches us.

Why betterplace? betterplace.org is a non-profit platform that helps organizations like Helpchain e.V. to collect donations efficiently. The voluntary contributions from donors help the platform cover the costs of bank transfers and ensure technical operation.
